The customer agrees to indemnify defend and hold UK Travel Boutique and all of it’s employees or Directors harmless from and against any legal action brought against the Accommodator/Suppliers or UK Travel Boutique with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including legal fees to the extent that each claim is raised from failure to resolve any issue or litigation with the accommodator or third party supplier with whom the contact exists.
To the extent permitted by UK law, UK Travel Boutique cumulative liability to the customer or any party relating to the customer for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands or actions arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount of fees paid to UK Travel Boutique Ltd for the services rendered. In no event shall UK Travel Boutique be liable to the customer or accommodator for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages including without limitation damages for harm to business, lost profits, lost savings, lost revenues whether or not UK Travel Boutique Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
DATA PROTECTION
In order to pass on your accommodation enquiry to the accommodation provider we must ask for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address amongst other things. We will not pass this information to anyone but the accommodator you have requested information from. This includes any third parties unless required by law.
CUSTOMERS OBLIGATIONS
The customer will provide accurate contact details to UK Travel Boutique and any other necessary information to perform the service requested. The customer shall be solely responsible for the integrity, accuracy, completeness and retention of any information provided to UK Travel Boutique or the accommodator without limitation of the foregoing.
Under this agreement, UK Travel Boutique provides a service to the customer and does not sell on any goods.
